Monitor of printer service request until resolved
Identify the issues and provide analysis based on the reported issues
Perform troubleshoot techniques for technical issues
Repair/replace equipment as necessary
Proactive approach towards technical issues
Excellent customer service
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related Computer Course
With relevant working experience is an advantage; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communications skills
Amenable to conduct training in Quezon City office
Amenable for client deployment (Taguig / Makati)
