Reports to:VP, Technical Solutions & Security About the Role We are looking for a Technical Success Manager (TSM) to support large-scale educational (B2S) deployments of Efekta's digital learning platforms. This role is suited for someone with a strong technical and delivery background who is comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will play a key role in ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing technical performance across school systems, districts, and institutional partners. You will act as a trusted technical partner, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful implementations at scale.
