Technical Supervisor - Bitumen & Asphalt Laboratory

We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor – Bitumen to join our Technical Team, supporting our Bitumen and Asphalt operations across the business. Working closely with the Technical Manager, this role provides technical assurance, materials expertise, and problem‑solving across production, site operations, and quality compliance. The position also plays an important role in customer-facing technical support, assisting with pre‑contract discussions, technical proposals, and ongoing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineering or science‑qualified professional looking to further develop specialist expertise in bituminous materials and surface treatments, while gaining exposure to technical sales support and stakeholder engagement.
