Technical Supervisor

We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our growing team and lead technical staff, and supports architectural and structural design, field operations, and continuous staff development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises technical staff and manages daily operations.
• Schedules work, monitors performance, and handles logistics and supplies.
• Conducts staff training, mentoring, and in-house workshops.
• Performs estimating, drafting, and technical drawings (manual and AutoCAD).
• Carry out field inspections, measurements, and technical presentations.
• Prepares technical reports.
