Technical Support and R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support in a laboratory or on-site to business partners/customers, addressing technical queries related to company products.
2. Perform problem-solving activities by conducting technical analysis, interpreting data, and delivering written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.
3. Participate in new product development projects, including concept design, development, production implementation, and post-launch support.
4. Maintain laboratory equipment to meet performance standards and calibration requirements.
5. Manage inventory of laboratory chemicals, equipment, and materials to ensure availability.
6. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety rules and best practices.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by your superior or the company from time to time.
