Job Description
We are looking for a new Technical Support for our 24/7 Business Operations Service Desk. In this role, you will be working in 24x7 shifts in Oslo where you manage critical incidents, Coordinate tasks between different vendors and prepare reports. Additionally, the position includes:
- Monitor ticket queues/dashboards
- Incident/change and problem management within a large operations/maintenance team
Essential Skills/qualifications
- Experience in coordinating critical incidents
- Demonstrable capability of troubleshooting problems
- Jira/Confluence Experience (How to use Incident management, Problem management, Change management)
- Ability to work in shifts to support global Applications
- Operations support experience
- Experience using monitoring tool dashboards to identify ongoing issues (Splunk, Nagios, Dynatrace)
- Experience maintaining knowledge article documentation
