Job Description: 
Responsible for diagnosing technical issues, providing the necessary support 
to fix the problem, and providing user instructions 
Provide backup solutions whenever necessary 
Provide training sessions for new hardware and/or software products 
Job Qualifications: 
3~5 years' experience in Technical Support 
With basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting 
With good communication skills 
With knowledge on windows server, batch scripting 
With basic sql knowledge (a plus) 
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN CONSOLACION, CEBU 
Job Type: Full-time 
Work Location: In person
