Join the Family, we are looking for your talent**Technical Support Coordinator****Requirements**:- Eng, Automotive Mechanic (INDISPENSABLE)- Knowledge of guarantees minimum 2 years- Technical Repairs- Personnel management- Advanced english- Features:- Coordinate the activities of Technical Support staff to assist dealer's technicians, via telephone and Ticket System, in troubles with the diagnostic and repair of Suzuki products.
- Responsible for decisions to repair or replace assembly units.
- Provide authorization for warranty claims.
- Coordinate Port Actions activities ordered by SMC.
- Acts as a liaison between the technical support team and other departments, such as sales, product development, quality assurance, SMC, etc.- Handle complex or escalated customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues with PROFECO.
