Technical Support & Customer Success Specialist (South America)

We launched our first Shopify app in late 2019 to help individuals succeed in e-commerce. Our SaaS solutions are trusted by over 16,000 businesses worldwide and have a five‑star rating in the app store. We are focused on Shopify , the fastest‑growing e‑commerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a new member of our Customer Success team based in South America to support Shopify merchants worldwide. The role includes advanced customer support and basic technical troubleshooting (99% via chat or email).
  • Your main responsibilities will include integrating our apps into merchants’ themes, investigating possible issues and incompatibilities, and cooperating with our product and development teams.
