Responsibilities
- We are looking for a new member of our Customer Success team based in South America to support Shopify merchants worldwide. The role includes advanced customer support and basic technical troubleshooting (99% via chat or email).
- Your main responsibilities will include integrating our apps into merchants’ themes, investigating possible issues and incompatibilities, and cooperating with our product and development teams.
