Technical Support Engineer

Your role will involve:
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Provide advanced technical support for issues related to resin performance, production machinery and resin quality qualification. **Diagnose and resolve complex problems** in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Process Optimization**:Collaborate with customer’s engineering and production teams** to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems. Implement solutions to enhance performance, reduce waste, and improve overall production quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of support activities, including issue resolutions, system changes, and overall production trial agendas and schedules.
- Training and Support: Educate and train internal and external staff on the use of our resins and new technologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our proposal meet with relevant local and international regulations and industry standards.
