Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. This role involves supporting the business areas in implementing and maintaining business applications and tools, in particular FIS’ Cross-Asset Trading and Risk platform (Front Arena).

Responsibilities

• Customise packaged business applications in particular Front Arena and develop bespoke small to medium-sized departmental tools, interfaces, and web-based services.
• Provide production support for business applications, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s standards for system documentation, version control, testing, and change management.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure systems design, integration, and change management align with organisational standards.
