Technical Support Engineer

Job Position: Technical Support Engineer

Job type: On-site, Full-time

Main responsibilities

• Supporting our company’s infrastructure ensuring top service for our customers
• Identify, diagnose, report, and assist the R&D team in resolving defects and verifying bug fixes
• Conduct system testing (functional, system integration, and user acceptance tests).
• Communicate with Customer teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to clients
• Manage system operation and maintenance post-launch.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Software Engineer/Computer Science/ related field
• Knowledgeable in MySQL/Oracle
• Experienced in implementing on Linux platforms
• Fluent in English and Spanish
