Technical Support Engineer

Job Objectives

The role will manage, support, and enhance IT asset processes while providing technical assistance to ensure smooth IT operations. He/She will collaborate across departments to optimize asset utilization and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support and asset management.
• Proven experience in IT Asset Management and ITIL-based service management.
• Familiarity with ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, or similar) and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks; ITIL certification preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
