Job Description

• The candidate is expected to have Excellent problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, the ability to learn quickly, and must be a self-starter
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to go to Empanelment testing at different state & work collaboratively with State Backends
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve the required
• Talk customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical query & provide prompt and accurate feedback
