Job Description
.fit_to_content{width:%;height:auto}Your roleProvide advanced remote technical support via phone, email, and chat to field service engineers and distributors, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance across the complete product portfolio. Ensure accurate communication and dissemination of technical documents such as work instructions, technical bulletins, and user manuals to the field service team. Attend training sessions at our Belgium training centers, thoroughly analyze the knowledge gained from Service Experts, and ensure accurate transfer of this information to the technical support team and operations team. Keep the operations team informed of progress and resolutions for ongoing incidents.
