Technical Support Engineer

The DMTS Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and managing operation and maintenance activities of Solar De‑Fluoridation Units (DFUs) through the Desire Maintenance & Tracking System (DMTS). The role ensures proper tracking of complaints, preventive maintenance, water quality parameters, site hygiene, and timely reporting to ensure uninterrupted and safe drinking water supply.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and manage the DMTS portal for all assigned Solar DFU sites.

· Register, assign, and monitor complaints related to DFU operation, water flow, and system faults.

· Track preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities in DMTS.

· Ensure regular cleaning and hygiene of DFU tanks and 5000 L water storage tanks as per SOP.

· Verify and upload site visit photographs, water test reports, and service checklists in DMTS.
