Job Description

Support Engineer
Location: KL, Malaysia
Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)
Shift: US Shift
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service order processing including new sales, upgrades, and changes.
Update and maintain service orders in provisioning systems (e.g., Metasolv).
Provide technical support for provisioning-related queries and troubleshoot service issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Network Planning) and external clients to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
1+ year experience in telecom provisioning or a related support role.
Experience with Layer 2 / Layer 3 services, managed IP, or voice services preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database entry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work US shift hours.
