Technical Support Engineer

Job Descriptions
-Support senior engineers in the configuration and testing of OTN/DWDM systems.
-Learn to monitor optical network performance and assist in issue escalation and troubleshooting.
-Participate in basic site integration tasks and assist in verifying end-to-end connectivity.
-Help integrate transport networks with IP/MPLS and GPON elements.
-Attend on-the-job training and technical workshops.
-Shadow senior engineers during field deployments and fault rectification.
-Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
-Assist in performing fiber tests (OTDR, OSA, Power Meter, basic stability checks).
-Learn to monitor optical power levels and perform routine inspections.
-Gain exposure to protection schemes and network failover mechanisms.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-Basic understanding of optical networks and fiber optic concepts.
