What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users, both on-site and remotely
• Maintain up-to-date product comparison sheets for sales and pre-sales teams
• Conduct on-site surveys and prepare BoQs for potential clients
• Warm-transfer inbound calls to relevant departments when necessary
• Continuously build technical expertise through training sessions, product manuals, and principal support resources
• Participate in—and when eligible, lead—in-house training and presentations on new product features and market positioning
