Supporting user, PLC / Add right for computer users, network admin (escalate) **If couldn’t fix, escalate case via service now to British Telecom.
Handling service level and users’ satisfaction comply with expectations (availability of applications, equipment, and services).

Participating in implementations or evolutions of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications of the site.
Querying data to inspect whether the required data value is correct or not.
