Macrologic Diversified Technologies Inc. is in need of a Technical Support Engineer direct hire job location in Naga City, Bicol Region.

Equipment and training will be provided.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday

• Strong knowledge in the following: PC hardware, OS Imaging/mirroring, and Peripheral Troubleshooting
• Must be willing to perform physical tasks
• Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting
• Proficient in documenting tasks and creating weekly accomplishment reports.
• POS rollouts, Retail IT support or field technician experience is an advantage but not required.
