                    Experience providing remote end-user support in enterprise environments 
Ability to handle escalations from L1 and onsite teams 
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and standard workplace services 
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (user/device level) 
Experience supporting deployment and migration activities based on defined procedures 
Ability to follow runbooks, scripts, and technical instructions accurately 
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools 
Strong communication and customer handling skills
