Technical Support Engineer (Product Support Engineer B2B)

This role is at innovative tech company providing secure video hosting to e-learning, content creator and media businesses. Site is at Already in revenues , profitable with 3000+ business customers across 120+ countries. There is an existing experienced product support team, we are expanding it. 

Salary range - 11 to 18 LPA (CTC=Gross), The wide range is to accommodate candidates based on actual experience and skillset.

* B2B Customer Support Role. (No cold calling/cold sales, only interested trial signup clients in consideration). 

* Ability to understand the technical product and explain it to e-learning and media businesses and make them customers. 

* Prior experience in selling technical products, explaining API/SDK documentation, infra workflows is a plus. 

* Troubleshoot product issues through tutorials and guides. Attention to detail. 

* Conversation over tickets, emals , chat, call, online calls with customers....
