Technical Support Engineer

Logix Solutions is looking for service engineers from Quetta, for one of our valued clients.

1) JOB POSITION: SERVICE ENGINEER/TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

JOB LOCATION: QUETTA, PAKISTAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on various industrial products i.e., Security equipment's, material handling equipment's etc.

· Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

· Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective solutions.

· Conduct regular maintenance and updates on equipment.

· Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations.

· Ensure timely resolution of service requests and exceed customer expectations.

· Assist in calibration and testing equipment on site.

· Support maintenance activities on site.

· Coordinate with other team members for site work.
