JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Administrator, Technical Support Engineer is primary responsible for providing all tier 1 support on all hardware and software concern for Andoks and Affiliates Company. All computer related issue are being supported from phone, remote and on site troubleshooting which includes hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for all Tier 1 user technical concerns on all hardware related concern.
Troubleshoot and repair of computer related equipment – hardware issue:
No power
No network connection
Computer to server connection
Network switch
Wireless access point
No display
Blue screen error
Bios error
Peripherals failure
Computer main Parts Error
