As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as a key technical interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Based in Singapore, this role supports a growing regional customer base by delivering pre- and post-sales technical support, product training, and solution consultation.
You will work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, resolve product issues, and ensure successful adoption of smart intercom and security solutions.
