We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for refrigeration systems and heat exchange equipment, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform system solution selection, technical calculations, and technical clarifications
• Prepare technical proposals, configuration lists, and technical parameter descriptions
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and address technical inquiries related to refrigeration systems and heat exchange equipment
• Assist in preparing technical sections of bidding documents, including technical responses and deviation explanations
• Collaborate with design and production departments to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions
