Technical Support Executive
Role Summary
The company is looking for a Technical Support Executive to join the Customer Service team, based in Selangor (USJ 1/31) Malaysia. This position will be part of the company product team and will be responsible for the technical support for the full range of Prolink products.
Responsibilities
● Provide technical service support for Prolink products
● Support service hotline and walk-in customers
● Identify customer problem by understanding product issues from their perspective and offer solution to resolve
● Perform quality inspection to ensure compliance with inspection criteria and standards
● Conduct product evaluation and performance test according to specification
● On-site support, repair and installation work
● Others duties as and when assigned
