Technical Support Executive

Position Title: Technical Support Location: On-site, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time What Youll Do Assist customers via email, live chat, and phone to resolve queries efficiently. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide clear solutions and adhere to SLAs. Analyze root causes of customer problems and guide them step by step. Follow up on cases to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reference. Deliver excellent customer service to enhance user experience. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Generate periodic reports on technical support activities. Use remote desktop tools for real-time assistance. Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with the technical team. Collaborate with the development and QA teams to resolve issues.
