Technical Support Group Officer

Geanaux Systems Corp. is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Support Group Officer to join our team for our Project Sites in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to our clients, ensuring their seamless experience with our electrical and electronic engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our electrical and electronic engineering products and services
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
• Programming and configuration of CCTV and other systems
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product functionality and stay up-to-date with new developments
