We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to join our team with an immediate start.
Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Technical Support Intern located in Kuala Lumpur City. The intern will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve client issues. Other duties include analyzing problem areas, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with customer support inquiries to maintain a high standard of service.
