Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve user problems via phone, email, or onsite support
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
Support system access, email setup, and application usage
Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to senior IT or vendors when required
Perform routine system maintenance and updates
Prepare technical documentation and user guides
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years experience in IT support / helpdesk (fresh graduates encouraged)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
