Job Overview
The Service Delivery Administrator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Business Product Support (BPS) team, assisting to ensure the efficient coordination of resources, reporting, scheduling, and service delivery activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting and rosters, managing billable work, and supporting client booking and scheduling processes to ensure services are delivered within agreed frameworks and timelines.
Working closely with the Technical Support Service Delivery Coordinator, the Service Delivery Administrator contributes to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation, upholds high standards of customer service, and fosters a proactive and collaborative team culture. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines while supporting both internal teams and client requirements.
