Job Description
SUMMARY:
Provide support for local employees in the areas of end user support, programming/configuring devices and documentation of all hardware and software at the location.
Works under the direction of the Client Server Operations Supervisor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor all open help desk tickets for support at all locations.
- Perform troubleshooting on site and remote.
- Follow all policies and procedures at the company.
- Install, configure, document and repair all hardware and software.
- Have time management skills, to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Provide support for Shop floor systems such as balancers, labeling printer and handheld scanners with Corporate IT guidance.
- Provide medium level support before escalating to Corporate IT.
