We are looking for a Technical Support (Mid-Level) professional to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Tasks:

• Manage and follow up on incidents, changes, and problems , ensuring timely resolution and compliance with defined SLAs.
• Perform troubleshooting activities in Linux (RedHat) environments, including file management and system-level diagnostics.
• Monitor and support file transfer and messaging systems using Axway CFT and MQ Series , identifying root causes and resolving operational issues.
• Support automation activities and deployments with basic knowledge of Ansible .
• Monitor production environments using tools such as Autosys...
