JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for monitoring and keeping the Tangent HO network performance and output quality at the acceptable service level.
• Responsible for the maintenance of Tangent HO computer and peripherals for optimum end user productivity.
• Responsible for providing the prompt resolution to reported issues by the Tangent internal customer within the  agreed service level.
• Responsible for providing timely and accurate PTSD Helpdesk and customer feedback.
