Job Description

Troubleshoot POS devices (hardware & software) — including drive-through equipment such as speakers, microphones, headsets, etc.

Provide B2C and B2B support via phone (≈ 85%) and email (≈ 15%) for inbound and outbound transactions

Use remote-desktop and CRM tools to help diagnose, resolve, and document issues

Support customers/clients directly — offering professional, clear, and helpful assistance

Occasionally assist with ISP-related support and other hardware/network issues when needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in BPO supporting ISP, networking, hardware and software
  • Has prior experience in a tech support role, ideally involving HW troubleshooting (computers, printers, network equipment).
  • Has general understanding of how POS systems, networks (LAN, WAN, Wireless) and basic computer (hardware and software).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and remote-desktop support systems
