SMS Equipment is seeking a highly skilled and customer‑focused Technical Support Representative to support field and shop teams in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy mining equipment. This position plays a key role in resolving technical issues, supporting trades teams, and ensuring equipment availability for our customers. If you have strong technical depth, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure, this is the opportunity for you.
Work Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 annually
Work arrangement: Fixed on site – working daily from the branch or customer site
Schedule: 14x14
