Technical Support Representative

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related courses
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• With experience in running a software, program troubleshooting, and understanding software tweaking is a plus.
• Basic skills in programming, SQL server, preferably with background in turnstiles, CCTV and network set-up.
• Excellent oral communication skills and attentive to details.
• Willing to learn new products and easily adaptable to new environment.
• Has passion for technology and creative mind.
• Has good time management, proactiveness, and customer-focused orientation.
• Willing to do 80% field work & 20% office-based work set-up.
