About the Job: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

TO QUALIFY

• Candidate must possess at least an Undergraduate Level (at least 2 years) or College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.
• Willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Pasig City, Makati City, Pasay City or Taguig City.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of gaming issues reported by gaming clients and see problems through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
