Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- IT certification is preferred but not required
- Must have at least 3 years of IT-related tasks (computer and networking)
- Must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting PC hardware and mobile/handheld computers
- Must have hands-on experience in Standard Operating Environment implementation
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of Associates
- Must have strong working technical knowledge of desktop operating systems (MS Windows-base), and desktop productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Reader, Microsoft Project Visio, Symantec Antivirus, Trend Micro Antivirus)
