Technical Support Specialist

Setup the computing requirements such as file servers and other technical system needs and perform maintenance of those as well as administration of Active Directory infrastructure;

Design network topology and cabling specifications. Develop alternatives for completing the wiring and installation including economic comparisons;

Provide a status report of all computing units and equipment on a weekly basis;

Contribute to problem resolution by giving hands-on support to resolve IT operational issues;

Train users in the use of new technology and provide documentation, manuals, and guides;

Ensure the data integrity and security of clients;

Perform hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and networks, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications;
