Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team at Lutron's office location in Cartago Costa Rica. This position will be specifically focused on providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as a one-stop solution for product education, selection, and compatibility while troubleshooting customer issues and proposing effective solutions.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback across the organization and building a strong internal network.
Apply creative and analytical thinking to solve customer and business challenges.
Act as a peer resource by coaching teammates, leading one-on-one trainings, and contributing to SOPs and knowledge content.
