Role Overview

Based in Balcatta, we’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist – Geospatial to support customers who rely on our machine control and geospatial solutions in the field.

This is NOT an IT helpdesk job.

You’ll work directly with surveyors, operators, and project teams—helping them keep major WA projects running safely, efficiently, and accurately. Your day will include a mix of phone-based troubleshooting, hands-on field support, product training, and assisting with site infrastructure setup and configuration.
