Technical Support Specialist

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: BS Computer Science/Information Technology or BS Computer Engineering or equivalent

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 1 - 2 years of IT-related tasks (computer and networking)
• Must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting PC hardware and mobile/handheld computers
• Must have hands-on experience in Standard Operating Environment implementation.
• Must have strong working technical knowledge on desktop operating systems (MS Windows/Macintosh/Linux), desktop productivity tools, Anti-virus and computer utilities)
• Experience with SQL programming preferred
• Knowledgeable in relational database
• Experience with IT help desk support preferred
