Job Description
Call Solutions USA is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is technically confident, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers solve real-world communication challenges.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- Weekends worked during the week (rotating schedule)
- Must be available during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
- Consistent scheduling provided in advance
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and basic user training
- Document issues, resolutions, and escalations accurately
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of support tickets
