Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Weekends worked during the week (rotating schedule)
  • Must be available during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
  • Consistent scheduling provided in advance

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with system setup, configuration, and basic user training
  • Document issues, resolutions, and escalations accurately
