Call Solutions USA is seeking a help-desk technician to support our growing client base by handling day-to-day customer support tickets, including password resets, user setup support, and light troubleshooting general desktop/mobile application issues.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to see businesses overcome their technical problems.
Position Summary
As a customer support specialist at Call Solutions, you will be taking calls and messages from customers as they come in. You are to use basic computer skills to help the customer install and log into our software, and perform updates to their phone systems, like adjusting a phone tree or setting up holiday specific greetings.
The goal is to independently resolve common issues without escalation.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibility will be to work on tickets from creation to resolution.
