Technical Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who thrives on solving problems, helping customers, and making an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment. The Technical Support Technician will be responsible for conducting the telephone support of the Qolsys, DSC and Sur-Gard range of products. The position will report to our Intrusion Technical Support Manager, NA.

Shift structure is rotational and depends on skills, language, and whether one is in Tier 1 or Tier 2 support.
• The first shift starts at 8:00 AM EST and ends at 4:30 PM EST.
• The last shift starts at 11:30 AM EST and ends at 8:00 PM EST.
