Technical Support Team Leader (F/M)

The Technical Support Team Leader (F/M) is responsible for coordinating all support activities related to services on SCE (Sartorius Chromatography Equipment) products : Support, SAT, IQ/OQ, maintenance, automatisme.


Grow with us - Your Responsibilities:
+ Organize the management of responses an solutions to technical problems transmitted by the regions (field technicians, administrations, etc...)
+ Attributes and delegates technical resquests, ensure timely management and documentation of requests in appropriate systems
+ Manage operational technical support indicators and generates monthly report
+ Establishes and maintains interdepartmental relationships to ensure optimal collaboration for the proper management of requests
+ Carry out interviews, hiring and traning of the operational team for which she or he is responsible.
