Technical Support Tech (6:30 am-3 pm)

Description
*Schedule: 6:30am to 3pm; every other weekend*
Job Summary:
Process requests and deliver medical equipment to the patient areas at NCHS and Urgent Care Centers. Retrieve and sanitize equipment used by patients. Store and maintain inventory of the medical equipment assigned to the department. Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing equipment via a computerized tracking system.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Prior customer service experience.

Job Specific Duties:
* Answers telephone promptly, courteously, and in a helpful manner and relays message in a timely manner.
* Collects printed equipment orders and promptly process them for delivery.
* Cleans and sanitizes medical equipment as per NCHS policies and manufacturer recommendations.
